As a South African artist, my journey into the realm of colour and form has been a self-guided exploration. Driven by a lifelong passion for the natural world – a devotion deepened by my degree in Ecology – I specialise in capturing the vibrant essence of wildlife and nature through acrylic and watercolour.

For me, each painting is an intimate study, an opportunity to translate the intricate beauty of nature into the delicate strokes of colour. The character held within fur and feather, the subtle nuances of their surroundings – these are the stories I seek to tell on paper and canvas. Having lived amidst the diverse landscapes of South Africa for 36 years of my life, I am constantly inspired by the vibrant colours and unique textures that the natural world flaunts.
